Kawow

from $12.00
sale

Roast: Light (Half City)

Tasting Notes: Milk chocolate, fruity cereal, strong fruit aroma

Recommended prep: AeroPress, Chemex, pour over

Origin Country: Single-Estate in Uganda

Name meaning: Luganda word for something with a nice aroma

Process: Natural

Natural processed coffee beans remain in the cherry fruit throughout the drying process. It is much more labor-intensive as the fruit must be rotated multiple times a day to prevent rotting and takes twice as long to dry prior to milling. The aromas and fruity flavor make it worth the effort! This is a special coffee with limited quantities and worth the price.
